Shipping policy

ESAR Solutions Ltd ships within the United Kingdom and internationally. Same-day dispatch on UK orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday.

UK shipping

  • Standard tracked delivery: £6.99 — typically 1–2 business days from dispatch
  • Free UK shipping on orders over £330 — standard tracked service, 1–2 business days
  • Same-day dispatch on UK orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday
  • Carriers: Royal Mail tracked services, DHL and FedEx (formerly TNT) for time-critical and high-value consignments
  • You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched

Click & collect from Birmingham

Free collection from our unit at 53 Great Hampton Street, Birmingham B18 6EL.

  • Usually ready within 24 hours of order placement
  • You will receive a "ready for collection" email when your order is picked
  • Please bring your order confirmation when collecting
  • Collection during business hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK

International shipping

We ship across the European Union and to most destinations worldwide.

  • Tracked services via DHL or FedEx for time-critical and international consignments
  • Standard international delivery: typically 3–5 business days
  • Import VAT, customs duty and any local fees are the buyer’s responsibility — please check your country’s import rules before ordering
  • For high-volume international trade enquiries, please contact us for a bespoke shipping quote

Order cut-off and weekends

Orders placed after 4pm or on weekends and UK bank holidays are dispatched the next business day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays.

Damaged or undelivered orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact sales@esarsolutions.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. If a tracked order does not arrive within the expected window, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Trade buyers

Trade accounts on credit terms ship to the buyer’s nominated address (which may be a workshop or a third-party drop-off). Volume orders may be palletised and shipped by DHL Freight or equivalent — please request a quote in advance for orders over 25kg.
