Returns & Warranty

All ESAR Solutions parts are genuine Samsung Service Pack components and carry the same warranty as direct Samsung supply.

Returns within 14 days

Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the goods. Customer covers return shipping unless the item was sent in error or arrived faulty.

Faulty parts

If a part is dead-on-arrival or fails within the warranty period, contact sales@esarsolutions.com with your order number and a brief description of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Not covered

  • Parts physically damaged during fitting
  • Parts where the warranty seal or QC sticker has been removed
  • Cosmetic items (back glass, frames) once installed
