Terms of service
These terms govern your use of esarsolutions.com and all purchases from ESAR Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or otherwise using this site you agree to these terms.
1. Company information

2. Products
We supply genuine Samsung OEM phone parts in original Samsung Service Pack packaging. Stock is subject to availability and prices may change without notice; the price displayed at order confirmation is binding for that order.
3. Pricing and VAT
Prices are displayed excluding VAT (ex-VAT trade pricing). UK VAT at the prevailing rate is added at checkout for UK orders. Trade buyers are responsible for ensuring their VAT registration number is correctly recorded.
4. Orders and payment
Payment is taken at order placement via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) or PayPal. Trade buyers may receive a Shopify-generated invoice link for bespoke quotes; payment is due on the terms stated on the invoice. Goods remain our property until full payment is received and cleared.
5. Quotes
Quotes provided through our website or by email are valid for 14 days from issue unless otherwise stated, and are subject to stock availability at the time of order acceptance.
6. Delivery
See our Shipping Policy for delivery options, cut-off times, carriers and international shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7. Returns and refunds
See our Refund Policy. Consumer cancellation rights apply to consumer (B2C) buyers under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Trade buyers (B2B) are not covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations; returns from trade accounts are accepted at our discretion under the terms set out in the Refund Policy.
8. Warranty
Genuine Samsung Service Pack parts carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is void if:
- The part has been fitted or installation attempted
- The warranty seal, anti-tamper sticker, QC label or anti-static bag has been removed or damaged
- The damage is the result of physical damage, mishandling, or installation by an unqualified person
9. Liability
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We accept no liability for indirect, consequential or incidental loss, including (without limitation) loss of profit, business interruption, or extended repair downtime. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Trade accounts
Trade pricing, account terms and any credit limits are subject to our acceptance and may be revoked at our discretion. To open a trade account email sales@esarsolutions.com with your business name and VAT number.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
